About Marc

Marc Binavince is a founding member of MZS Lawyers, a member of the Ontario bar, and admitted to practice in Illinois. He's a graduate of Yale Law School and Amherst College and speaks French and German proficiently. His litigation practice covers elder abuse, professional negligence, personal injury, medical and dental malpractice, insurance and coverage disputes, accident benefits and long-term disability claims, wrongful dismissal, product liability, and pension litigation, and he has considerable courtroom experience including trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Marc practised with his father, Emilio Binavince, from 2000 until late 2006, and he has served on the boards of the Friends of the Ottawa Public Library Association and the Ottawa Public Library Foundation, which he helped found and served as its first president.
