About Carolin
Jumaa's corporate-commercial work spans mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements of equity and debt, and corporate reorganizations, among other transactional matters, and she also counsels clients on governance and continuous disclosure obligations. On the real estate side, she handles acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing of commercial properties nationwide, including office, retail and industrial buildings, multi-family residential projects and seniors housing. Jumaa earned an honours health sciences degree from Western University in 2013 before completing her law degree at Queen's in 2016.
