About Charlotte

Charlotte has a broad civil litigation practice focused on insurance, construction, estate, and employment litigation, and also practices environmental law. Prior to joining Bell Baker in 2019, she worked as an associate lawyer at a litigation firm in Toronto, and she became a partner at Bell Baker in 2023. She has experience at every stage of the civil litigation process and appears regularly at the Superior Court of Justice, as well as at the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
