About Marc

Marc A. Lowenstein was called to the Alberta bar in June 2017 and joined the firm in 2015 after completing a JD with second class honours at Bond University in Australia. Before practicing law he spent more than a decade in the construction industry, working up from labourer to project engineer for a major heavy civil construction company, and served as a national construction safety officer implementing health and safety programs. His practice focuses on real estate and construction matters, including contracts, litigation, and dispute resolution. He has joined the ADR Institute of Alberta and is pursuing qualified arbitrator credentials.
