About Justin
Justin Dharamdial is a partner within Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies group. His practice centers on representing companies at every stage of growth, together with the venture capital firms and the growth equity and private equity funds that provide their financing, as well as the strategic buyers that eventually acquire them. He brings broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. Dharamdial's client roster has included Clearco, 7Shifts, BenchSci, Wealthsimple, Deep Genomics, Waabi, and Kepler. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.Comm. (Honours) from Queen's University.
