About Jasneet
Jasneet Malhi was called to the Alberta Bar in December 2022. Before joining Soby Boyden Lenz, she practised civil litigation, criminal law, and family law. Malhi graduated with first class honours from the University of Glasgow and holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Calgary. She takes a client-focused approach to parenting, child support, spousal support, and property division matters, favouring mediation and settlement where possible but appearing before both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench when litigation is necessary. She is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
