About Zoya

Zoya Yusuf was called to the bar in January 2022. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws with honours from the University of Leicester, and later completed a Master's at Osgoode Hall Law School in Canadian Common Law. While in law school she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada's Family Law Clinic, assisting self-represented litigants with their family law disputes. Yusuf has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench and has also helped clients reach positive outcomes through negotiation and mediation-arbitration. She is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
