About William
William H. Fric was called to the Alberta bar in 1977 and co-founded Fric, Lowenstein & Co. with Howard Lowenstein in 1982. His practice covers business transactions, banking work including lending and foreclosures, real estate, and wills and estates, and he serves as counsel for the Bank of Montreal and is authorized to act for Canada's other major financial institutions. His clients include home builders, real estate brokerages, and agricultural businesses, and he has acted as sole Alberta counsel for Feed-Rite and Viterra's credit department. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, has lectured on real estate law at the Bar Admission Course, and has contributed to Calgary Real Estate News. He has volunteered with Holy Spirit Parish and Inn from the Cold.
