Manvir is a lead transaction management lawyer within the firm's Osler Works – Transactional group, which supports corporate and commercial deals using technology-driven processes and a team of legal and business professionals. Manvir's role involves collaborating with the firm's lawyers to support due diligence, contract review, closings and other transactional tasks for clients. Manvir holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Waterloo.
