About Rick
Rick T. Aucoin is a principal partner with a broad litigation practice before all courts and tribunals, focused on property, casualty, tort and negligence cases, commercial insurance, and product liability and coverage disputes. He also handles professional errors work and sits on the preferred counsel list for defending lawyers in their professional capacity. For more than two decades he has provided litigation services and risk analysis to provincial, national and international insurers, appearing at numerous trials, pre-trial conferences and mediations, and he is an elected member of the firm's management committee. Rick earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick Law School in 1996 and his BBA from St. Francis Xavier University in 1992, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
