About Maleeha
Maleeha Anwar is an associate in Chaitons' Insolvency and Restructuring Group, practising primarily in bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring and related litigation. She started at the firm as a summer student and completed her articles there before being called to the Ontario bar in 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor at Western University, where she served as President of Western Law Foodies and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, and received the Diana Majury-Cheryl Waldrum Award for her commitment to equity and advocacy. Before law school, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Commerce at McMaster University.
