About Michael

Michael Bennett is a personal injury lawyer who has represented accident victims and their families since 2002. He began his career gaining experience as counsel for several insurance companies and for the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee before shifting his practice to plaintiff-side representation. Michael Bennett has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 2000 and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association. He has authored work on insurance law published in Law Times and The Lawyers Weekly, and serves as a board member with the Brain Injury Association of Peel and Halton, supporting Brain Injury Awareness Month. He earned his B.A. from McGill University in 1995 and his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998.
