Lindsay is Counsel at BOYNECLARKE LLP, practising on the Business Law and Commercial Real Estate teams. Her work covers land development, project financing, environmental remediation, commercial leasing, and business financing, including credit facilities, share transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Lindsay graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2003 and spent seven years as in-house legal counsel and an executive at a Nova Scotia real estate development and construction company. She's a board member of the IWK Health Centre and a member of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia.
