Rebecca Saturley is a partner in the firm's Labour and Employment group, advising employers on labour, human rights and employment matters, particularly in unionized workplaces. Her work covers certification applications, collective bargaining, occupational health and safety, and employment contracts and policies, and she regularly appears at grievance and interest arbitration and in human rights proceedings, including responding to complaints, mediation and boards of inquiry. She also serves as the firm's Chief People & Culture Officer, leading its people strategy and initiatives on culture, talent development, employee well-being, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Saturley was appointed King's Counsel in 2024 and served as Regional Managing Partner for Nova Scotia from 2015 to 2025. She earned her LLB from the University of New Brunswick in 1996 and a BA from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1992.
