About Lukas
Lukas Frey is a partner and co-chair of the firm's corporate commercial group, advising start-ups and larger companies on acquisitions, reorganizations, shareholder agreements, succession planning, and commercial lending and leasing, alongside a corporate litigation and bankruptcy practice. Having lived and studied across several countries, he brings an international perspective to his work with clients and in-house counsel. Lukas was called to the Alberta bar in 2015. He holds a JD from the University of Ottawa, completed with an exchange term at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law, a Master of International Studies (Honours) from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Business Consultancy from the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt in Austria. He speaks English and German.
