Douglas H. Levitt is a senior partner at Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP who has practiced law since 1999. His work covers residential and commercial tenancy law, social housing law, condominium law, civil and commercial litigation, human rights litigation, and appellate advocacy. He regularly appears before the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has been involved in a number of precedent-setting decisions that shaped residential tenancy and condominium law.
