About David

David Di Lella is a founding partner at Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP. He graduated with honours from the University of Western Ontario and earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998, and was called to the bar in both Ontario and New York State. His litigation practice covers civil litigation, regulated health care professional disciplinary proceedings, insurance disputes, and serious personal injury matters, along with condominium law, and his solicitor practice includes mergers and acquisitions. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Ontario, and numerous administrative tribunals.
