David is a founding partner at Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP. He graduated with honours from the University of Western Ontario and earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998, going on to be called to the bar in both Ontario and New York State. His litigation work spans civil litigation, disciplinary proceedings for regulated health care professionals, insurance disputes, serious personal injury claims, and condominium law, while his solicitor practice includes mergers and acquisitions. David has argued cases successfully before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Ontario, and numerous administrative tribunals.
