About Bradley
Bradley Chaplick was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2009 after receiving his JD from Queen's University Law School in 2008. As a partner at Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP, he leads the firm's Condominium Law Practice Group, representing condominium clients at the Condominium Authority Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and handling rule enforcement and collection of unpaid common expenses through mediation, arbitration, and court applications. He often chairs condominium meetings and advises boards of directors. Bradley also acts as a mediator and arbitrator, focusing on condominium disputes, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leasing, human rights, and workplace issues, and he is a mediator member of the ADR Institute of Ontario.
