About Lucy

Lucy is a partner at TDS who practices out of the firm's Portage la Prairie office and operates its Gladstone branch. Her practice covers residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate transactions, property subdivisions, wills and estate planning, and estate administration, serving individuals, farm operators, small and medium-sized businesses, municipalities, and financial institutions. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 1995 and her LL.B. from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law in 2001, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2002. Lucy has volunteered with the Law Society of Manitoba's bar admission course as a Learning Group Facilitator and previously served on the board of the Community Foundation of Portage and District. Her services are provided through Lucy Kinnear Law Corporation.
