About Lucinda

Lucinda Wong is a partner at Carbert Waite LLP practising in employment, immigration and commercial litigation. She has handled complex litigation from inception to trial, as well as judicial reviews, appeals and judgment enforcement, appearing before the Alberta Court of Justice, Court of King's Bench, Court of Appeal, Federal Court, and the Immigration Appeal and Refugee Protection Divisions. Her employment practice covers workplace terminations, constructive dismissal, human rights matters and the treatment of foreign workers, while her immigration practice spans permanent residence applications, judicial reviews of negative decisions, refugee claims, and sponsorship appeals. She earned her JD from Queen's University in 2014 and a BA in English from the University of Calgary in 2011, and volunteers through the Calgary Legal Guidance Litigation Clinic and Pro Bono Alberta's immigration clinics.
