About Lucie

Lucie Boulanger holds a law degree and a graduate diploma in notarial law from the Université de Montréal, and has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 1990. After years in private practice, she worked as legal counsel and later director of asset management for an institutional lender, handling large commercial real estate transactions and refinancings across Canada, and later spent several years in the real estate legal department of a major company drafting commercial leases and servitudes. At Fiset Légal she practices real estate law (transactional and financing), commercial leases, title verification, and legal opinions, and also assists with estate matters.
