About Alexandre

Alexandre Perron is an associate with the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group in Osler's Montreal office, with a practice centred on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and corporate governance. Alexandre holds a B.C.L./J.D. from McGill University's Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill's Desautels Faculty of Management, specializing in Information Systems, Finance, and Computer Science. Before joining Osler, Alexandre worked at another national business law firm as a private M&A lawyer and also worked as a technology consultant for a large Canadian professional services firm. Alexandre sits on the Board of Directors of the Compass Legal Information Clinic and belongs to the Sales and Partnerships Committee of the CHUM Foundation.
