About Simon

Simon Oliva has practiced as a lawyer at Fiset Légal since 2016, after completing his articling there in 2015. He holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal and a business administration degree from HEC Montréal. He has represented clients before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, the Régie du logement, and arbitration tribunals, including matters under the new residential building guarantee plan. His practice is focused on real estate, condominium, and construction law, with a specialty in hidden-defect claims, and he also assists co-owners and syndicates with general meetings.
