About Gabrielle

Gabrielle Cournoyer is an associate practicing with Osler's Pensions and Benefits group and its Employment and Labour group in Montreal. Her law training combined civil law and common law study at the Université de Montréal, where she also completed an undergraduate degree in political science. While studying there, she served as president of the law students' association. Before joining Osler, Gabrielle articled at another major corporate law firm. Her matters have included advising on acquisitions and financings for clients such as Certek Group, GE HealthCare, and General Motors.
