About Stéphane

Stéphane Lépine is a partner at Groupe TCJ's Laval office with extensive experience in public procurement law, business law, and mergers and acquisitions. He has negotiated major public supply contracts in Quebec, including in information technology, and advises public and municipal organizations on complex contract negotiations and compliance, as well as companies seeking authorization to contract with the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP). He holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and has been a lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke's Faculty of Law for over 15 years.
