About Samuel

Samuel Gaudet holds a law degree with a cooperative program from the Université de Sherbrooke. Before joining Fiset Légal he worked in the corporate department of a large law firm on major transactions and contract drafting, then in the legal department of an international logistics and transportation company managing a real estate portfolio of more than forty terminals and distribution centres across Canada and the United States. His practice is focused on real estate law, with a specialty in condominium matters, and he advises buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, co-owners, and developers.
