About Desmond
Desmond Christy is an associate in Osler's financial services group. His practice touches on capital markets, securities law, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, and broader corporate matters. Christy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, where he also completed a B.A. with High Distinction. Before joining Osler, he worked in the corporate group of a major Canadian national law firm, practising corporate and securities law.
