About Luca
Luca Imbrogno is a lawyer at Chaitons LLP who works with developers, owners and investors on commercial real estate deals. He is known for a thorough and methodical style that brings order to complicated transactions, and his practice covers acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, title requisitions, and borrower-side financing, including real estate components of dental and professional services deals. Earlier experience advising institutional lenders on enforcement matters, such as security reviews and collateral realization, gives him a practical grasp of lending issues from both sides of a deal. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2024 and is also a licensed non-practising attorney in New York State, having joined Chaitons as an articling student in 2023. He holds J.D. degrees from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, both 2023, and a B.A. from Western University's Huron University College.
