About Paige

Paige Van de Sype is an associate at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office specializing in estate litigation and administration, power of attorney disputes and oversight, and guardianship appointments and challenges. Her work addresses capacity issues, undue influence allegations, testamentary validity, and misappropriation claims. She received the Nasser Scholarship during law school and served as Vice President of Athletics for the Law Students' Association. Paige earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Indigenous Studies from the University of Regina in 2014 and a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2018, and serves on the Saskatchewan Soccer Association's risk management committee.
