About Mackenzie

Mackenzie Tulloch is a partner at McDougall Gauley advising on financing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and real estate. He previously worked as in-house counsel at a large financial institution, which gave him a broader view of how legal issues fit into business decisions. He works with clients on both immediate challenges and long-term strategy. Mackenzie earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015 and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2016.
