About Lou

Lou Natale is a partner at Sutherland Law and a member of the firm's commercial real estate and condominium law practice group. He represents builders and developers, along with condominium corporations, property managers, lenders, and various entrepreneurial clients. His client base spans the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. He has built a reputation for being a practical lawyer, first understanding what each client needs and hopes to achieve, then pursuing that outcome quickly and cost-effectively. Lou regularly speaks and writes for legal and industry publications. He earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1992 and a BA from York University in 1989, and he speaks English and Italian. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Condominium Institute, and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.
