About Angela
Angela Marchese practices exclusively in family law, advising on domestic contracts such as cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements, along with contested parenting and support disputes, complex property division, adoption, mobility issues, and international child abduction matters under the Hague Convention. She combines a resolution-focused approach with strong courtroom skills when settlement isn't possible, and has represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Children and Family Services Review Board.
