About Lisa
Lisa K. Talbot is a partner in the firm's Disputes and Investigations and Employment Litigation practices, and co-head of both the Pensions and Employment Group and the White Collar Defence and Investigations Practice. She has appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has deep experience in employment litigation and class actions, having acted as counsel in cases involving the Canadian Hockey League, Deloitte, and Canada Cartage. Lisa also advises boards and companies on sensitive employment matters such as executive departures, misconduct allegations, payroll compliance, DEI audits, and whistleblower programs, and conducts workplace investigations into issues like discrimination and harassment. She has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, teaching in the Global Professional LLM program, and lectures on employment law for groups including the Law Society of Ontario and the OBA.
