About Lindy

Lindy Herrington is a workplace investigator who has conducted investigations for clients across sectors, including municipalities, provincial entities, and private and non-profit organizations, in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Herrington has significant experience with sensitive matters such as sexual harassment, sexual violence, discrimination and positional power, and has developed a specialization in the sports sector. Herrington contributes to the field through training, speaking and publications, including articles on privilege in workplace investigations and Ontario's pay transparency and AI disclosure laws. Before joining Turnpenney Milne LLP, Herrington practised litigation for six years at a boutique firm, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Herrington earned a JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2015 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016.
