About Lindsay
Lindsay Parcells is a partner at Lidstone & Company and heads the firm's Alberta office, practising municipal law with an interest in land use, real property, corporate, commercial, Indigenous relations, and environmental matters. He was called to the Alberta bar in 1992 and the British Columbia bar in 1995, and advises municipal clients on real estate and economic development, expropriations, and the provision of municipal services and contracts. Parcells holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University (1991), a Master of Laws in Municipal Law from Osgoode Hall Law School (2009), and a BA in Canadian Studies from the University of Calgary. He is a past chair of the National Municipal Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association and an editor of the Real Estate Development Practice Manual published by the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC.
