About Catherine
Catherine Li is an associate lawyer at Lidstone & Company, advising local governments on municipal law and civil litigation, including bylaw enforcement, judicial review, taxation and finance, information and privacy, and property disputes. She has appeared before the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Residential Tenancy Branch, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, and the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Li earned a BA (Honours) in Psychology and her law degree from the University of British Columbia, where she competed in the Environmental Law Moot, advised small businesses and non-profits through the Business Law Clinic, and volunteered with the Access Pro Bono Society of BC. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
