About Alex

Alex Lidstone is an associate lawyer at Lidstone & Company with developing interests in bylaw review and drafting, environmental law, and Aboriginal law. She holds a law degree from the University of Sussex, a BA in Sociology from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Science in climate change, development, and policy from the Institute of Development Studies. Before joining the firm, Lidstone was executive director at Climate Caucus, a national network of local government elected officials working on climate action, social justice, and biodiversity, and was named to a 2023 list of Canadian sustainability leaders under 30 for her work on wildfires, floods, and droughts.
