About Lindsay

Lindsay Hjorth is an associate lawyer at Gerrand Rath Johnson LLP focusing on labour, employment, and human rights law, representing clients before courts, arbitrators, and tribunals. She previously practised at Public Prosecutions, Legal Aid, and medium-sized Regina firms, and has represented clients in jury trials and before the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board. Lindsay has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, the Regina Immigrant Women Centre, the Elizabeth Fry Society, and the YWCA Regina. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Regina and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law, articled in La Ronge and Regina, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2019.
