About Lindsay

Lindsay Burgess is an associate in the Disputes Group of Osler's Vancouver office, with a general litigation practice covering complex commercial disputes, environmental issues and regulatory matters. She has appeared before every level of court in British Columbia and has handled business disputes, class proceedings, construction disputes, fraud claims, injunctions, professional regulation and securities issues across industries such as mining, real estate development, media, and transportation. Before her legal career, Lindsay worked as a senior associate in public accounting and continues to hold a CPA, CMA designation that she applies in her litigation work. She earned her J.D. with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2015 and practised at another major Vancouver firm before joining Osler.
