About Lianna

Lianna Woollard, R.N. is an associate at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers who worked as a registered nurse before becoming a litigator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master's in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University, along with a law degree from the University of Windsor and a Health Law Certificate from Osgoode Hall. Called to the Ontario bar in 2021, she brings a clinical perspective to medical-legal issues in her litigation practice. Lianna leads the firm's student recruitment process and recently contributed to the trial team in KB v Guhle, a significant medical malpractice case in Alberta. She has also served as a peer mentor for incoming law students.
