About Leslie

Leslie (Les) Prosser, K.C., is a former managing partner of Robertson Stromberg and a senior member of the corporate/commercial group, representing large and small businesses in corporate acquisitions, mergers and re-structuring, secured financing transactions, and personal, estate, and succession planning matters. His career includes counsel work on the privatization of numerous Saskatchewan Crown corporations, including Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan and Saskatchewan Mining and Development Corporation. Les served as a Bencher of the Law Society of Saskatchewan from 1988 to 1993 and as its President in 1992, and in 2017 was appointed chair of the Provincial Court Judges' Compensation Commission.
