About Ben

Ben Parsonson is a partner whose practice includes wills, estates, trusts, and powers of attorney, small business, commercial transactions and real estate, commercial lending and corporate finance, and succession planning. He joined the firm as an articling student and became an important member of the corporate commercial department after his call to the bar in 2017, becoming a partner in 2024. An accomplished bagpiper, Ben has won multiple pipe band championships internationally, including the 2011 North American Championships in Maxville, Ontario, and instructed the Simon Fraser University youth band to third place at the World Championships.
