About Lesley

Lesley Kendall is a partner in Cunningham Swan's family law group, with particular expertise in complex spousal support and property cases involving business and pension interests. She studied psychology at the University of Western Ontario, earning a B.A. and M.A., before attending Queen's University Faculty of Law. She joined Cunningham Swan in 2000 and is designated a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the Law Society of Ontario. She advises on domestic contracts, fertility law agreements, and complex support and property division matters, and co-founded the Kingston Sharks girls' tackle football team in 2023.
