About Elise
Elise Brass recently joined Aitken Robertson as a criminal defence associate, after earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan and completing a clerkship with the Court of King's Bench for Saskatchewan, working closely with judges through hearings and decision-writing, an experience the Law Society recognizes as an alternative to traditional articling. Before law school, Elise completed a Bachelor of Arts in psychology at the University of Regina. Drawing on an Indigenous background, Elise brings deep commitment and compassion to the advocacy work, aiming to make sure clients feel heard, respected and empowered throughout the legal journey. Elise practices in both the Belleville and Kingston areas.
