Len is a corporate/commercial lawyer with 40 years of experience providing legal and strategic advice on large projects, often leading teams of McInnes Cooper lawyers, and has acted as lead counsel to government, Crown agencies and private sector entities on P3 infrastructure and energy projects. His primary practice is energy law covering natural gas, electricity, petroleum products and renewable energy, and he has acted for New Brunswick's natural gas distributor since 1998, appearing regularly before the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board. Len has worked on major Atlantic Canada projects including three P3 highway projects in New Brunswick and the Maritime Link arrangement between Nalcor and Emera, and is a former Chair of the Board of Directors of McInnes Cooper. He holds an LL.B. and B.B.A. from the University of New Brunswick.
