About Lee

Lee T.J. Fisher has practised law in British Columbia since 1998, primarily in Vancouver and Victoria, with experience in secured transactions, real estate and strata development, mortgages and lending, wills and estate planning, estate administration and probate, and corporate and commercial law. Early in his career he litigated civil cases for over six years, including insurance, motor vehicle, personal injury, municipal, and defamation disputes, giving him courtroom experience he draws on in his solicitor's practice. He holds an LLB from the University of Alberta (1997) and a BA in Sociology from the University of Victoria (1993), and worked in construction, silviculture, commercial fishing, and grocery before practising law.
