About Lee

Lee McKeigan-Dempsey advises small and medium-sized businesses on financing, corporate structures, and human resource issues. She regularly advises clients on employment matters, the purchase and sale of assets, and contract negotiation, and has appeared before a variety of tribunals and courts throughout New Brunswick on labour and employment matters, including wrongful dismissal actions and human rights claims. She also maintains a practice helping clients purchase, sell, or refinance real estate. She is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University and the University of New Brunswick School of Law, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the New Brunswick Law Society.
