About Jason
Jason Dempsey's practice focuses on the issues people face during separation or divorce, representing clients in family court proceedings and settlement negotiations involving spousal support, custody and support of children, and division of family assets and debts. He also represents people accused of criminal offences. He is a graduate of St. Thomas University and Dalhousie Law School, a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the New Brunswick Law Society, and a longstanding board member of the Public Legal Education and Information Service of New Brunswick.
