About Laylee

Laylee Rohani practices corporate and commercial transactions, commercial lending, estate planning and administration, and real estate and development law, acting for private companies, financial institutions, government bodies, and individuals. She has chaired the Commercial and Real Property Section of the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch and mentors law students and other women lawyers through its Women Lawyers Forum. Laylee serves as a Governor of the University of Victoria's Board of Governors and has directed several community organizations, including the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria and Camosun College's Board of Governors. She was called to the bar in 2004.
