About Lauren
Lauren works as an associate handling commercial and civil litigation at DMG Advocates LLP. Before joining the firm, she practiced at a Toronto boutique where her files involved franchising, class actions, and commercial disputes, advising both franchisors and franchisees on issues like rescission claims, leasing, and regulatory compliance. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Lauren earned her JD from Queen's University in 2019 and a BA with honours from the University of Toronto in 2016, joining the Ontario bar in 2020. As a law student, she volunteered as a caseworker at Queen's Elder Law Clinic, helping Kingston residents with wills and estates matters.
